We were engaged by Auckland Transport to develop and implement a strategy for maintaining creative and economic activity on Karangahape Road during the construction of the Street Enhancement Project.
The strategy focused on visible and fun ways for the character of Karangahape Road to be maintained, promoted, and connected to its local community throughout a significant transition. This strategy also encompasses the day-to-day activities on the street, to ensure footpaths are safe and easy to navigate, and that people feel welcome throughout construction.
