Liz takes the lead on getting the right people around the table, in order to solve a problem in a way that is responsive to its context.
She brings a background in planning, community development, and placemaking, from working with a wide range of local and central government agencies over the last 10 years. This anchors Place Creative's way of working as values-driven and focused on finding the opportunity in every challenge.
Liz also leads design of teams and projects, and is an expert in facilitating the alignment of people and process.
Bachelor of English and Media Studies
Charlotte takes the lead in each project's back-end, adept at information gathering and analysis, and developing frameworks and tools that are context-specific.
She brings a background in communications and community development from the climate movement, social justice, and broadcasting.
Charlotte also helms the Place Collective project, overseeing the development of a voice for place change in Tāmaki Makaurau.
Elouise takes the lead in supporting our strategic communications, building ongoing engagement with our Place Creative brand through showcasing our unique approach and perspectives. She also supports our Place Creative team in research and analysis across our broad range of projects.
She brings a background of two decades in the advertising/media industry in global, strategic and impact-focussed roles based in New Zealand-based and offshore.
Elouise is also developing a range of groundbreaking communication and wellbeing tools through her publishing company Haslett Street Books.
