Kāinga Ora commissioned Place Creative alongside Stellar Projects to develop a Placemaking + Strategic Partnerships Roadmap. The Roadmap defines the purpose, function and activities of the Placemaking, Community Development and Community Engagement workstreams and how they enable and support the organisation's urban regeneration programme.

Stage 2 of this project involves the development and delivery of tools and templates to support the work of the teams; standardising strategy documents and workflow as the organisation's scope and influence expands.
