Eke Panuku and Mana Whenua have partnered to regenerate the Onehunga Wharf and Port area into a new public space, one which has a focus on remediating and regenerating the ecosystem, and reconnecting people to the Manukau Harbour.

Place Creative were commissioned to develop an Integrated Communications, Engagement, Placemaking and Place Monitoring + Evaluation strategy for the project business case. This set the direction for the roll out of a staged project in terms of how people will engage with and understand the regeneration of the place over the next 10-15 years.
