Liz Allen, Director

Bachelor of Design (hons), Masters of Urban Planning

Liz gets the right people around the table to solve problems. She is an expert in using systems-thinking to facilitate the alignment of people and process and is recognised as an expert in placemaking and activation, tactical urbanism and place strategy within large infrastructure and regeneration programmes.

She brings a background in planning, engagement and placemaking, from working with a wide range of local and central government agencies over the last 15 years. She knows how to build trust and common ground between community stakeholders and agencies to enable long-term, impact-driven change.

Charlotte turns complexity into a clear direction. She is an evaluation specialist with deep expertise in place monitoring, engagement analysis, and leads the development of robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks that sit at the heart of urban regeneration and tactical urbanism projects.

She brings a unique skill set that bridges data and narrative, using evidence to guide strategic decision-making and shape meaningful place stories. With a background in communications, social change, and community development, she specialises in designing tools that support community engagement while surfacing real-time insights, and embedding monitoring into placemaking processes.
