North Western Shared Path Behavior Change Project

In collaboration with:

Auckland Transport, The Open Fort

Auckland Transport engaged Place Creative and The Open Fort to develop and implement a series of activations to address the real and perceived safety issues on the section of the NW Shared Path between Nixon Park and Newton Road. The aim of the project was to improve the safety of all users, especially the most vulnerable such as children and pedestrians, while also building a sense of ownership over the path.

Place Creative projected managed the execution of the campaign, oversaw the creative strategy and led the engagement with key stakeholders; Bike Auckland, Women in Urbanism and Newton Central School.
