City Rail Link commissioned Place Creative to develop a tactical hoarding and wayfinding strategy for Albert Street, which looked beyond the default ‘Business Open as Usual’ messaging.
The resulting project was a collaboration with Heart of the City’s ‘#Lovealbertstreet’ campaign, bringing to light the wealth of local personalities and hospitality still present in a critically affected area of the city, through a photography poster series. Advice was also given on how Auckland Transport’s temporary wayfinding system could be used on the dynamic site.
